Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aasaal, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is missing from the order.
  • The cancellation request is approved before shipment.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

3. Return Process

  • Approved returns must be sent back in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing packaging may not qualify for refunds.

Return instructions will be shared via email after approval.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment mode.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after dispatch.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
